Things we would like to hear about: a method that works differently in practice from how we describe it, an example that does not hold up, a word that confuses, or a screen that does not behave on your phone. This site is built for people who take problems apart properly, so we assume you will say so when something is off.

What we cannot do

Recover your analyses. They live in your own browser and not with us, so once they are gone we cannot bring them back. That is the flip side of how this site works and it is a deliberate choice. To keep an analysis safe, use "Save to file" on the My cases page.
